If you choose to commission me, “HuskyBooty”, “Raven Rae”, “RavenRaeWolf”, it is assumed that you have read and agree to the following terms:

ORDERING A COMMISSION
By ordering a commission from HuskyBooty, you agree to the quoted price. A PayPal invoice will be sent to the account information provided within 48 hours of your order unless stated otherwise. If you fail to pay the invoice by the due date provided, your commission will be terminated and the completed commission request form will be deleted. You may attempt to re-submit a form. Failure to pay after multiple form submissions may result in blacklisting.

PAYMENTS + ADDITIONAL FEES
Payment is to be made up front and in full before I begin work on your commission. Due to the low prices on my commissions, I do not take payment plans. Prices and quotes may vary due to complexity. I do charge an additional fee for complex designs, accessories, etc. Please feel free to consult me for a quote/price before filling out the form if you are unsure. Complex commissions may be discussed via E-Mail, Discord, or any of the social media sites listed below.
At this time, I only accept payment via Paypal. I DO NOT accept cash, money orders, or mailed checks. NO EXCEPTIONS. Commissions are to be paid in USD.

NSFW COMMISSIONS
If you order a NSFW commission from me, you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age. I DO NOT provide NSFW commissions to minors. These slots are rare and are announced to patrons only​. Please see "WILL AND WON'T DRAW LIST" below when planning to order NSFW work.

Things I won't draw....

Underage or "Underage looking" characters.

Extreme fetish content such as Vore, Age play, or feces/urine play

Characters with extreme noticeable age differences

Feral porn or feral/furry porn.

Depictions of harm, force, or violent acts.

Plenty of other things! I keep an open mind when accepting NSFW commissions, and treat these like all other professional commissions. Feel free to contact me for details.

COMPLETION TIME
Commission slots are typically announced via social media and are on a “first come, first serve” basis. I DO NOT hold slots.
The standard wait time for a commission is typically 2-6 weeks. The time it will take to complete your commission may vary. I keep a Queue on Trello where commissioners can follow the status of their commission. If you do not see your commission listed on my Queue, please contact me. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your commission status, feel free to contact me at your convenience.

REVISIONS
At this time, I only offer WIP shots or progress of full color references with more than TWO(2) views, and custom designs/litter pups. You are allowed to request ONE(1) rework of the image before completion. All other completed works are subject to minor final edits but no extra line edits will be made.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are ONLY accepted under specific terms. If I fail to complete your commission for any reason you will receive a full refund. I DO NOT issue refunds just because you decided that you no longer want the commission. When you fill out a commission request form, you are agreeing to pay for, and accept the completed commission.

BLACKLISTING
I maintain a private blacklist of any users who have severely abused my terms. I will NEVER post this list publicly, and will notify the offender privately if they have been blacklisted and why. Blacklisted clients can no longer order commissions, nor can they purchase any further art or products from me.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
When purchasing a custom design, “Adoptable”, or anything of the sort, you are purchasing ownership of the character. You may do whatever you please with the design after purchase (sell, trade, etc.). This includes selling it for the original purchase price, plus the value of character art. You are, however required to credit me as the designer on all future references.
LITTER PUPS
In order to keep the designs unique and to avoid overloading my queue, I accept orders of a maximum of two (2) puppies couple. I may be open to more depending on the parents, feel free to ask me!
If a puppy is sold for higher than double its purchase price, the excess must be split with me at a 50/50 rate.
LEGAL
ARTIST USAGE RIGHTS: I retain the full copyright to any image(s) created by the artist under the guise of “HuskyBooty”, "Booty", “Raven Rae”, and “RavenRaeWolf” unless otherwise specified via written, signed contract. I may use images in my own digital or traditional media publications.
CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS: As a commission client, you own the right to distribute any artwork I produce for you in digital form for personal use only unless stated and agreed otherwise through a signed contract. You are not allowed to use your commission commercially or for profit. Please inquire about commercial artwork fees if interested in distributing artwork for profit or commercial purposes.
